5 Super Cute DIY Easter Bunny Decorations You Can Make With Materials You Already Own
Whether you are looking for DIY Easter bunny decor for a party, the home, or the classroom, these are perfect because they use items you already have in the home (aka, they are basically free!!)
Holidays are such a fun time to get crafty or decorate your home in a festive way. If you’re anything like me, the only thing stopping you from doing this for every holiday is the cost associated!
That’s why I’m going to show you five DIY Easter Bunny ideas that won’t require a trip to the store.
Don’t get it twisted – while these are made with household items, they are all SO CUTE and are guaranteed to be the perfect additions to this Easter holiday.
This post is all about DIY Easter Bunny crafts you can make with materials you can find in your house.
Best DIY Easter Bunny Decor
1. Bunny Paper Napkins
You likely have some paper napkins lying around the house. If you don’t, a big pack will only cost you a couple of dollars! Making this diy easter bunny napkin is really simple. I took a standard napkin and only had to fold it (no cutting necessary!) To make these paper easter bunny crafts, I followed this YouTube video tutorial!
If you’d like to get some paper napkins in fun easter colors, here’s a cheap pack I found on amazon.
Bunny Linen Napkins
If you’ve been looking for easter decoration ideas for the home, these linen napkins are so simple and perfect for a place setting. Linen napkins are a staple in my home because they are so versatile and can be used for practically any themed home decor.
As you can see in this photo, they put a little egg in the middle – I think this would be a really fun way to incorporate any dyed eggs you made! If you don’t like the idea of putting an egg in the middle, you could also do it without. There are tutorials online for various easter bunny napkin shapes!
Don’t own linen napkins? Here are some you may like! They come in various colors and are super affordable.
2. Bunny Paper Gift Bags
These bunny paper gift bags are perfect little party favors. They would also look really cute on a place setting like I did above!

P.S. – Those plates in the photo are high-quality, reusable plastic plates and come in tons of colors! Perfect for hosting. You can get them here.
3. Wine (or Cup) Bunny Ears
While I would use these in wine glasses for my dining table decor, you could easily use cups, so they are kid-friendly as well! To make this, I simply printed out some bunny ears I found on Canva, cut them out, and then stuck a piece of tape behind them to the inside of the glass. You could also use felt instead of paper if you would like to make the bunny ears look furry.
4. Mess-Free Easter Bunny Craft Cut Outs
My favorite thing about this easter bunny craft is that it is completely mess-free and good for all ages! Kids can use more playful materials, and adults who want to turn their bunnies into cute home decor can use materials that match the vibe in their home.
5. DIY Easter Bunny Egg Carton Art
Out of all the DIY easter bunny decorations, this is probably the most hands-on. Because of this, it is the perfect bunny craft for adults! Look how cool these little paintings are! Can you believe they are made just out of egg cartons?
