Galentines Brunch 2025: DIY Decor & Budget-Friendly Activities
My favorite new tradition is hosting a Galentine’s party! It’s the perfect just because event where you can go as casual or as big as you want! This year I hosted a Galentine’s brunch and it was AMAZING. Keep reading to see alllll the details!

Decor
By far the biggest show stopper were these gorgeous faux flowers Something Borrowed Blooms– a high quality faux floral company! Aren’t they stunning? This was from their Gemma collection!
I also got this satin tablecloth to go on my table- such a good decision! It really brightened the room and brought out the table decor in a way that my dark brown dining table wouldn’t have.
I bought these amazing (and affordable) reusable scalloped plates, which I can use again next year!
For the paper napkins, I wanted to zhuzh them up, so I found a tutorial on how to make them into little heart shapes.
I also made a cute backdrop. I used my favorite backdrop stand with pink draping. To make it festive I bought heart shaped table scatter and used glue dots to stick it to my backdrop. I also scattered some on the floor. It turned out perfect and so festive without having to buy a valentines specific backdrop!
Activities
As an activity, I had a body and lip scrub bar. I had a lot of girls coming so I wanted to find something fun and affordable. This was PERFECT! I literally had all of the ingredients already on hand and only had to purchase these perfect little jars that came with labels!
Since this was a Galentine’s brunch, Costco was perfect for grabbing bakery items and those little quiches from the frozen aisle. As you can see, some girls also brought little snacks too! I also got orange juice and Kirkland brand Prosecco for mimosas. We chatted and drank our mimosas while we waited for everyone to arrive!
Lastly, we had such a fun time using the backdrop as a photoshoot! Everyone got cute pics of themselves and with each other! What’s Galentines without Instagram proof right?
